Privacy Policy
Last updated July 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information TPickle ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and your choices, when you use tpickle.com and its subdomains (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, and optionally your name and organization name, when you sign up by email or with Google.
- Tournament data: the tournaments you create and their contents, including player names, logos, director notes, scores, and standings.
- Payment information: when you buy premium, payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited details such as amount, date, and status, and identifiers that link a purchase to your account. We do not store your full card number.
- Spectator submissions: messages and, for premium events, photos and display names submitted on public pages.
- Usage and device data: log data such as IP address, approximate location (city and country) derived from your IP, browser type, and pages viewed, used to run and improve the Service and to power the organizer and owner dashboards.
- Cookies: a small number of cookies, mainly to keep you signed in.
How we use information
- To provide the Service: create and run tournaments, show public scoreboards, and enable following.
- To process payments and manage premium features and subscriptions.
- To communicate with you, including account, transactional, and support messages.
- To operate the owner dashboard and to improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Service:
- Service providers: Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in, if you choose it), and Resend (email).
- Public content: information you publish in a tournament (names, scores, logos, notes, and spectator posts) is visible to anyone with the link, and premium club pages are publicly listed.
- Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
- Business transfers: if TPickle is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data.

Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we rely on established providers such as Supabase, Vercel, and Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
